Transportadmin.com is a private third-party provider offering compliance-related services for commercial motor carriers. We are not affiliated with any government agency, including the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT). We charge fees for our services in addition to any government fees.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
Transportadmin.com offers services including, but not limited to: USDOT and MC Number registration, Unified Carrier Registration (UCR), Biennial Updates, International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) registration, Kentucky Weight Distance (KYU), New York Highway Use Tax (NY HUT), New Mexico Weight Distance Tax (NM WDT), Broker Authority Applications, BOC-3 Process Agent Filings, Pre-employment drug testing, Random drug testing, Clearinghouse services, and Compliance Consulting. These services are subject to change at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for filings. Transportadmin.com is not responsible for delays, penalties, or rejections caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
All fees for services are due at the time of purchase. Charges are based on the selected services and may include service and processing fees. By making a purchase, you authorize Transportadmin.com to charge your payment method. You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
All refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Certain services may be non-refundable once processing begins. Please review our Refund Policy before submitting a request.
All content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are the property of Transportadmin.com or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.
Transportadmin.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the total fees paid by you, whichever is less.
Our Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or success of any filing, nor do we guarantee that your filings will be approved by any government agency.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Transportadmin.com, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any content you submit or upload.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. No class or representative actions are permitted. By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive their right to a jury trial.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of laws. All legal actions must be brought in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
Transportadmin.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
