Refunds may be issued for services purchased within a 3 days  period from the date of payment, provided specific conditions are met. To be eligible, a written request must be submitted to Support@Transportadmin.com , including the order number and a clear explanation of the reason for the request. Refunds will only be considered if the service in question has not yet been delivered, initiated, or fulfilled in part or in whole. Requests relating to digital goods or personalized services that have already been processed or utilized will not qualify for a refund. 

If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction. The processing period for approved refunds may take up to fifteen business days. Refunds will not be considered after the 3- Days window has expired or in cases where the service, filing, or permit has already been completed, accessed, or submitted. 

If a customer chooses to cancel an order prior to service commencement, a partial refund may be reviewed and offered based on how far along the process is at the time of cancellation. However, if the service has already been completed or processed in any capacity, no refund will be granted. Should an order be delayed due to the customer failing to provide accurate or complete information within thirty days of placing the order, no refund shall be issued. 

Once processing has begun or the service has been fulfilled, no adjustments, cancellations, or changes to the order can be made. If an order is canceled or disputed after payment is made, the customer agrees to cover any and all fees incurred during the preparation and handling of that order, including the full cost of the original quote and any applicable taxes. 

In situations where an incorrect price or service description appears on our website, Transportadmin.com reserves the right to cancel any related orders. If payment has already been processed in such cases, a refund for the price discrepancy will be issued to the original payment method. 

During times of elevated service volume, if a refund request is sent but not reviewed or seen prior to service execution, the request will be considered null and void, and no refund will be processed. In such cases, the service and payment shall be deemed fulfilled. 

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback through their financial institution without first attempting to resolve the issue with Transportadmin.com directly in writing. A chargeback issued without prior written notice will subject the customer to liability for all administrative and legal expenses incurred in response to the chargeback. If the service has been provided and the associated filing, permit, or document is on file with a government agency, the customer acknowledges that dissatisfaction alone does not constitute grounds for a chargeback. Transportadmin.com retains the right to pursue legal remedies to recover any fees or losses associated with unauthorized chargebacks. 

Orders may be canceled by the customer within 3 calendar days of placement, provided the service has not been completed, submitted, or placed in active review. Once Transportadmin.com fulfills the service, a confirmation email will be issued to the customer. Please note that delays in email delivery do not affect the official completion time of the service. Customers may contact Transportadmin.com directly to verify the exact time and date of submission. Orders that are canceled after the service has been completed or processed will not be eligible for any refund. If a valid cancellation notice is received in writing within 3 days, and the service is still unprocessed or not under review, a refund will be issued within fifteen business days. 

To cancel an order, the customer must send a cancellation notice via email to Transportadmin.com at Support@transportadmin.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 30th day following the date of order placement.
